DC Custom Designs provides a secure server host.

Your personal information is never stored nor disclosed to third parties.

Advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption provides added online security against unauthorized use of your private information.


 

Shipping

Purchases are typically shipped out within four days.

 We use standard shipping methods which can take between 8-10 business days within North America and three weeks overseas.



Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days after your purchase.

If you want to return an item, email us first with your reason for return.

Item's must be in new condition with no alterations, stains, tears, rips or wear in order to be refunded.

We also must receive a photo of the purchased item within one day since it was received.

Once your return has been received we will credit the card used for the original purchase.

We process returns as soon as possible but please give up to two weeks for your refund to be processed and two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.

Store credit will be issued for gift returns or upon request.
